Azgard Nine to disinvest holding in PAFL

KARACHI: Azgard Nine Company has announced to disinvest its shareholding in Pak American Fertilizers Limited (PAFL). In a meeting on Friday board of directors of the company decided that the company would explore the possibility of disinvesting up to 24.99 percent of its shareholding in PAFL (presently wholly-owned subsidiary). The company will offload its holding by way of an offer for sale through a combination of private placement and an initial public offering at the domestic stock exchanges. staff report
